Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, after the return request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Consideration Period
Regardless of the above, if goods are being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned item and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may also take some time to process and post your refund.
